When I think of last summer, my trip to The Lake District springs to mind instantly. A trip that saw myself and my adventure buddy, Key, swimming in Derwent water, kayaking along Windermere, hiking up hills and lazily waking up in the back of our van to scenic backdrops. Artists and adventurers alike are drawn to the lakes for it is truly one of the most special places in the UK. I wholeheartedly agree.

It's March right now in the UK and although this usually means we start to see daffodils grow and the sun out to say hi, this year March greeted us with snow. So much snow, that the UK pretty much stopped working for an entire weekend.
