It is no secret that Wales is absolutely beautiful. We have been travelling to Wales and camping out ever since we got the van and we are the biggest fans of the unspoiled lakes, forests and mountains. To top this off, Wales is so camper friendly that we always find an amazing spot to stay completely hassle-free. This weekend we found ourselves back on welsh soil exploring the gorgeous Elan Valley. Elan Valley is home to some seriously stunning reservoirs and dams stretching over 70 miles, with moorland, forests and wildlife in between. This means that literally every corner turned will be met with a different view. We spent a few hours walking as well as driving between the dams, snapping photos of the scenery and getting some well-needed fresh air. Together the calm weather and the sightings of the little lambs hinted that Spring may well just be right around the corner! We already have plans to come back in the Summer with our bikes. Here are some photos from the road trip.
